Print barcodes with accuracy and reliable scanning: 1D & 2D barcodes including EAN 128, Code 128, Code 39, Datamatrix, and QR Codes.

Add traceability information such as Manufacturing & Expiry dates, Batch numbering, counter numbers, shift codes, Julian dates as well as logos and infographics.

The print resolution can go up to 750dpi at the following print speeds:

• 150dpi up to 124m/min
• 300dpi up to 62m/min
• 600dpi up to 31m/min

Multiple lines can be printed depending on the font size selected:

Between 1 and 6 lines. In addition to having HP ink cartridges, our inkjet printer is extraordinary in the ability to add a 1” (25mm) Collins Cartridge which provides a much larger printing window than the standard 12,5mm. Should the requirement be for a very large printing window – we can also overlap up to 4 standard print heads reaching a maximum of 50mm in height.

Using HP cartridges can help to reduce maintenance costs and gain efficiencies that drive higher uptime on package coding and marking production lines.

HP cartridges contain 42ml however we can provide a Bulk System (PLEYON) for higher volume printing which is most cost-efficient at 1200ml per cassette.

Different Colour ink is available and can be switched instantly: Black, Blue, Green, Yellow, Magenta, Orange, as well as UV curable inks for special applications.
