  • Thickness Liner: 2.3(58)+/-10%
ADHESIVE
  • Permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive with chemical resistance and strong adhesion to both high surface energy substrates as well as many low surface energy plastics.
  • Acrylic 94 Oz/In 1114N/m
  • Glass 77 Oz/In 979N/m
  • Polypropylene 22 Oz/In 242N/m
  • Stainless Steel 75 Oz/In 924N/m
LINER
  • Universally accepted 40lb. white glassine roll form liner for typical roll label die cutting.
 PERFORMANCE DATA
  • Service Temperature Rage: -40°C to 150°
  • Min Application Temperature: 10°C
APPLICATION OF USE
  • When applying pressure sensitive adhesive it is necessary to provide pressure during lamination. Starting at the top peel back a 1” section of the release liner, align and apply. Using a plastic squeegee, stiff cardboard or a soft cloth will help provide the necessary pressure at the point of lamination. Continue removing the release liner and smooth out with squeegee. Heat can increase bond strength when bonding to metal parts. For plastic parts, the bond strength is not enhanced with the addition of heat.
  • For best results, the application surface and the surrounding ambient atmosphere should be 10°C or above. If applying the adhesive below 10°, the application surface should be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol to ensure good initial adhesion.
CONVERSION PRINTING
  • Thermal transfer printing is tested ISO15416 for barcode print quality and ASTM F1319-94(2005) for abrasion resistance with a variety of resin and wax/resin combo ribbons.
SHELF LIFE
  • Two Years when stored at 21° and 50% RH.
STATEMENT OF PRACTICAL USE
  • RoHS 211/65EU Annex 11 compliant with respect to Cadmium, Lead Mercury, CR(VI), PBB’s and PBDEs. Testing to IEC 62321 standards found none of the above hazardous substances of concern within the method detection limit. Full report available on request.
